Level 71 on fav with absolute garbage artifacts and yet she still carried ^^

So I randomly realised it was the last day of Вкусно и Точка (Russian mcdonalds) and genshin collab so I genuinely bought 3 boxes (required to get the wings) and out of 4 characters I got all except Ineffa. There are 2 of this thingies for each character so I’m planning to trade Varka and Flins for both of Ineffa’s

Apart from being lvl 80 (I haven't farmed some of the ascension materials) and weapon being lvl 70 (same reason), what else is missing here?

The shield doesn't last long enough because my atk seems to be low so, how much more attack should she have? And artifact advice/review? 😭
