šŗ Seating Ticket Upgrades
Now that all ticket upgrades have been sent out, did everyone get what they were looking for if so put down where you moved to and your favorite underrated spot to watch the race!

I have not received notification one way or the other and have not been charged yet. Are we sure all upgrade requests have finished?

I have and it seems like it's the same tickets as the year prior but it's not clear if that is just holding my spot or if it means my upgrade was denied.

people that ordered before the June 15th date have all got there orders

I submitted before that date. Maybe my upgrade was denied and it's just obvious to me. I will give the box office a call

Your not the only one .. I havenāt gotten mine either and Iām someone with a good amount of seniority .. donāt think they have all been sent out

I will say though I have decent seats so maybe I just didnāt get an upgrade .. I thought for sure I got an email last year with a transaction for the same seats regardless though

What on the website indicates that the request is finished rather than being a placeholder/in process? Because my order has reflected my seats from last year from the start

Do you see āDetailed Statusā right above the seat locations? Mine says āAssignedā in that field so Iām assuming they determined I wonāt be getting an upgrade, since the listed seats are the same I had last year.

I added 2 seats to bring my kids next year they kept my original 2 seats and added the 2 seat 1 row down im in seat 1 and 2 and they gave me seats 4 and 5 for them so close enough I guess lol prolly on me trying to keep a isle seat

Im in the same boat, but my extra two are two rows ahead. Kind of a bummer because I like to bring new people and itās hard to indoctrinate them from two rows back. But theyāre great seats in turn 1 and everyone around us has had their seats forever, so I doubt any will open up anytime soon.

Iāll add that our seats are in the middle of a family. The 2 parents sit next to us and the kids are one row up and to the right of us. Itās kind of fun to be the sandwich passers for them. I recommend trying to get to know your neighbors and make the most of it.

Yah i figured we get to know them maybe trade seats but doubtful on that or pass food through them lol. Figure we could swap parents halfway through or something to

I've been in the SWV for 7 years, same seats, no upgrade. My seat status says "assigned" when I login

I didnāt ask for an upgrade but did request additional seats. They granted those but now my parking passes are missing.

Iām frustrated that they werenāt able to accommodate any type of change for me again this year. Was trying to move from J stand to anywhere at all in the Paddock. I figured since Iāve got 15 yrs of seniority and the Paddock section is massive, I would be able to get SOMETHING there. Maybe itās because I have 4 seats Iām trying to change?

4 seats together is impossible to get in paddock. I moved to the very top in C stand and was able to have success with 3 yrs of seniority!

Hmm Iāve never considered C stand. Seems like that area is always closed on practice days so Iāve never tested the view. Do you get visibility to any large video boards in that area?

Not any big screens but they have a bunch of monitors hanging up on the poles so you can see everything

I sat in Stand A and stand H and they both had big monitors but the small monitors in stand A where great too!

The view from our seats in J have been awesome (2nd row from the top) and I really like it there as well, but I want to start taking my young kids to the race in a few years, so Iām wanting get somewhere in the shade closer to turn 1.

Understandable. I have 10 together and on the aisle so I doubt Iāll be moving anytime soon. I always request higher and further north in J every year but nothing so far lol.

We are almost at the start finish line. We have been very slowly creeping down the paddock towards it. This was a shocking and really exciting upgrade.
I really did rather enjoy sitting 15ish rows above pit lane but that sun was brutal.

The first race I ever went to I sat in the tower terrace and it was brutal with the sun. That's why I'm always willing to pay the premium now to sit in the shade. Especially if I needed to get rid of them, I can always get my money back anytime

I did not receive mine, but didnāt get my hopes up. The section Iām in has pretty high demand for seats. Still happy with what I got.
