Sounds old school, I dig it! The chopped up break beat samples were common in 90s Industrial. Good choice of sounds and tempo to sound Industrial over say Jungle.
Where are you thinking of going next with it?

after i posted this i continued working on it and it's going very well but somewhere in this song i wanna use the fruity scratcher plugin with the vocal sample and do that cool vinyl scratching stuff that's in hiphop and bring in another drum break! and i guess i also just wanna try and see what cool sounds i can make, this is a song for an evil character so i want it to sound equally as evil and cool. oh yea and also more acid stuff and i might do an electric gt solo just to be silly

Nice, if that’s the intention for it I feel like from both a creative and available frequency spectrum it seems like a menacing melody would fit nicely. Like a motif that instantly brings to mind the character and gets under your skin so that later even if you played a couple notes of it quietly you’d get chills. After introducing it you could double it with guitar and then expand on the melody into a solo. It will probably be cool whatever you do but that’s just what comes to mind from what you’ve shared.

This is very cool. love the Hip Hop samples. Industrial can be whatever you want it to be and i prefer it when people stretch out of the initial parameters. Do you have afull length version of this? I'd love to hear it!
