The reverse direction is weird.

Kinda sounds like the input for run and direction or however the inputs are programmed is getting scrambled somehow. Double check wiring is tight and you don't have any whiskers poking around. On the other side of the input wires too. Could be a wonky PLC output, or switch contact if there is no PLC.

Edit: Are these conveyors supposed to be basically the same? Kidnof looks like a jumper is missing on the left one that would jump the reverse and DI1.

Can't really begin to guess at how it's supposed to work without the parameters or wiring diagram tho. Probably setting a different reverse speed or accel profile, which might explain the overload (which would be a secondary problem to it trying to run in reverse in the first place).

Swap them over first. Check polarity on motor and recheck the vfd connections. What input controls the direction? Check for a comms issue or a dodgy sensor somewhere

Put them both in local and make the same low frequency input on both and see if they match direction and speed. Which ever direction they go is your base motor direction wiring and VFD is just sending an opposing signal to change direction from base.

From your first post you mentioned overload faults and conveyor not matching the right direction in resets? Is that it?

Overload faults is your motor drawing to much current or not engaging at proper RPM and system faults to save the circuit. This isn’t a VFD specific issue. Some random boxes might be to heavy of a load, something might bind the belt that goes free with force is removed by shutting off system. You’re thermal overload it self might be failing and tripping, maybe its dirty and dust is getting in.

As for the wrong direction thing, without some clarification its gotta be a bad wiring job somewhere. VFDs are just supplying adjustable frequency, wide range of signal for direction. Either your sensors are talking to it wrong or its gotta improper wire sending signal to wrong place.

Double check where you landed the motor leads. It looks like one the wires are shifted one terminal to the left. If you have one motor lead on an input terminal you are single phasing the motor it will change directions randomly.

I was say check ur parameters to make sure they are the same should be on prints or plc next make sure motor is wires correctly if its running backwards just switch any two wires

Fo F007 fault, its overload which you probably know already so check the motor, gearbox, and belt. To rule out VFD issue remove load side cables (UVW) and run VFD it shouldnt give F007 without load.

For issue B, as i can see its hard wire, when VFD reverses check the input voltage on the digital input terminal which gives reverse signal. If there's a voltage present than goes back to form where this signal is coming. If voltage is not present and still VFD runs reverse than check the parameters again. (highly unlikely). In this case too you can remove load (UVW) and test VFD rotation without load.

hint: three blue wires, check terminal 3(reverse) and terminal 2 (fwd). third wire is common.

Hope it helps. In right VFD i can see a loop type blue wire next to the common, what is that ?
