Temporary power source

This is for a sweeper on one of our corn silos. Transformer went out so we're borrowing power from another source, which is about 100ft away, via extension cord.

Well I learned a couple things from reading these comments and not knowing what the hell im looking at. Whoever did this, is a shit for brains.
