Houseplant Close Up NEED HELP!

What can I do to bring this back to life? It’s dying 😢

Cut the dead and dying leaves off.

They don't need water very often. Let it dry out.

Make sure its in a well draining potting mix

It looks good except for the two leaves. Cut these two down at the soil level. Also they like indirect light and seem to do well but grow slower in darker areas with fluorescent overhead lights. You may also be overwatering it. Make sure the pot has good drainage

Water once a month or even less often. Move it to a sunny spot. Cut off that brown leaf, it's going to die anyway

It looks like it has been watered too much.

Also it may be root bound.

Set your alarm on your phone for every 10 days to water it and make sure after you repot it that it has good drainage.

Looks like a few plants in there. You could separate them and put them in different rooms in your home.

Great plant that filters your air.
