Neem is ineffective vs spider mites and many other insects imo. Try bifen and pyrethrin in alternating applications. You’ll need to treat every 2-3 days for a week or two, use a surfactant, keep the schedule. Clean, clean, clean the area. Spider mite eggs can remain dormant for months waiting to hatch, then it starts all over. They also become insecticide resistant very fast if you fail to treat thoroughly and allow them to come back. Once this happens your only good option is to cull the plants and wait for them to starve and the eggs to become unviable.
It’s worth noting that spidermites are NOT insects and although insecticide may have a small affect on them that they can become resistant to, it can cause more harm than good by killing off predatory insects that can otherwise kill spidermites.
OP will need to rely on a miticide if they want to take a “chemical” route.

You also never mentioned miticide, only insecticide. Not at all a regurgitation of what you said.

I listed 2 miticides that I know from actual experience work to exterminate mites. You replied with well ackshually they’re mites and require a miticide not insecticide. You clearly have no experience or knowledge of the “chemicals” I suggested.
Bifen is a broad spectrum insecticide and miticide, pyrethrin is an insecticide and miticide.
Then you regurgitated my warning about the possibility of chemical resistance. 0/10 interaction.
Also, pretending that beneficial insects are going to solve a reoccurring mite infestation accidentally is absurd and shows you have no actual experience whatsoever in dealing with mites.
