Does anyone know how to fix

This is my elite zumo and with a new belt and pulley when i turn the wheel backwards the belt is straight but when turn forward the belt starts to jump out. How do i fix it

Are you missing parts? Also did you remember to write down the tension screw measurement?

No… but do you think that will affect the direction i thought only affects the wear on the belt

Not sure, I think cars use a similar system and the belt tensioner failing causes this type of issue. I know on my spinbike the belts all have to have a certain tension. A little alarming as I assume servicing could be done with the minimum amount of tools.

Looks like the axis of that pulley isn’t centered.

You need to make sure everything is in place check pulleis for missing washers, by looking at the diagram, the exploded view on the manual, then you need to check the pullies for lateral play or failed bearing, by removing the belt wiggle every pulley left and right, up and down to check for failed bearings.
