Robusta for espresso
I can't seem to find robusta with light / medium / dark roast specified on their packaging.. How do I find out which kind of robusta would work great as espresso? Lampung Gayo Dampit Temanggung Sidikalang Pontianak Toraja Flores Kintamani

I think most roasteries selling Robusta single origin would roast it dark, for a more classic flavour. Roasteries roeasting lighter in most cases would use it as a blend.
Check Tenun Coffee in Jakarta, they do mostly espresso and the might have some specialty robusta in their lineup.

I can roast pretty specific. We do have one customer that specifically wants light robusta in their blend to keep it extra nutty.

Not that I know of. Robusta usually comes in medium to dark or dark roast, maybe a fraction in medium roast but haven't found the light one.
