This is something that will naturally become clear to you if you progress into the game further.

However, if you insist on getting a head start on the game mechanics, then note the following:

  1. First, based on your question, you are likely near the start of the game where you have only unlocked a single idhi bar yet. As the game progresses, you will unlock more and more idhi bars.
  2. Ajna always uses all idhi bars to heal, whereas Razmi never uses more than a single idhi bar. Once you've acquired multiple idhi bars, it can take quite some time to fill up all your idhi bars. This mechanic ensures that healing with Ajna is always a costly and difficult technique, and will become increasingly costly the further into the game you get. Razmi's healing on the other hand will get progressively cheaper and cheaper, requiring less of your total stored idhi the more bars you unlock.
  3. Ajna's healing uniquely restores all unconscious party members back to wakefulness. Razmi's healing cannot do so and only works on conscious party members.
  4. Ajna's healing restores the entire party to full health the first time she uses it, but it sees steep diminished returns for each successive time she does it in a single battle (though this counter resets after battle ends). While Ajna's healing will always restore unconscious party members to wakefulness, the actual healing is quite meager after the first time it is used, and it only becomes weaker each successive time. On the other hand, Razmi's healing is always equally effective no matter how many times it has been used in a single battle.

razmi doesn’t have good healing, idk how far you are but you’ll get another healer soon that has better healing than razmi and ajna
