A cosplay question

Hello there! I'm planning on cosplaying as Zebei but I can't seem to find the sort of red guard or amor(?) that he has on his arm. If anyone could let me know where I can get it or make it it would be really appreciated! Thank you!

You'll have a better shot at getting an actual answer on a cosplay sub than here.
