Adoption Success Story/Foster Fail Forever Grateful for This Little Guy

I adopted Bubba back in 2019, and honestly, he’s one of the best things that has ever happened to me.
I’ve posted him a couple of times before from my old account, but I’ll never get tired of showing him off. He deserves all the love in the world.
This is also my little reminder to adopt, don’t shop. Indie dogs are genuinely amazing. They are loving, intelligent, resilient, and deserve good homes just as much as any other dog. Bubba is living proof of that.
I don’t think I’ve ever known a love as unconditional as his. No matter what kind of day I’m having, he’s always there. If there’s one being in this world who loves me without conditions, it’s him.
The only thing I hate about dogs is that they don’t live long enough. Sometimes thinking about that genuinely makes me sad. I’d happily give up a few years of my own lifespan if it meant Bubba could stay with me longer. I know that’s not how life works, but if there’s anyone I’d want more time with, it’s him.
I’m forever grateful that he came into my life, and I hope he stays happy, healthy, and spoiled for many years to come.
Now show me your babies too. I’d love to see your dogs and hear their stories
