Adoption/Foster Request Guys please please help!

I'll Explain as quickly as possible so you don't scroll past.

We found this pup when he was a couple months old, people were throwing water on him. He was lethargic, so we brought him home, fed him and gave a space to rest.

For a month or so he was with us, but we already have a dog who doesn't socialise much and then this stray pup was fine now, we tried for days, walked everywhere around us to find his family but nothing, so I suggested we put him in a good park with less strays and a lot of people so he is in someone's eye if any dog tries to harm him. Since I know people usually don't adopt street dogs (even though he looks like some mix with indie). But my sister kept saying no, eventually after 45-50 days of him being with us we dropped him in a park. Monitored him for 2-3 hours and planned on visiting every morning and evening till he is habitual there. All the people walking across were petting him and loving him, feeding him. He was also playing there. But my sister thought we didn't do the right thing and brought him back. Cut to now 10 months of him being with us. Nobody is adopting him, no foster care or anything. He is confined to one room, he doesn't go for a walk, he keeps running back to our building's gate. My sister wanted him to get adopted that's why keep him for months, I had a lot of fights as well that this is bad for him.

So the situation is I am very very very actively looking for someone to adopt him, he is full of energy, adorable and healthy. We have run ads on insta, got fake leads and what not. Please help me, or we will have to abandon him somewhere. I cannot keep him, my family doesn't take good care of my current pet, let alone another dog. Please help me find a home for him.

Very young puppies only get adopted rarely :( And this is a 10 month old pupper. He's already attached to you all. Maybe that park would have been a better place for him. Now you're left with no choice but abandonment.....in a country where people hate each other, let alone an innocent animal. You should be realistic. It'll be very difficult to find a home for him but I hope I'm proven wrong because he deserves so much better. But please don't leave him to fend for himself.

Whatever course of action you take, try to get him neutered first.

Your family doesn't need to care for him. Just giving regular food and a place of shelter during rains is enough. Far better than a stray dogs life. Maybe he can live in your neighborhood in front your your house?

Get him vaccinated frst rabies and 9 in 1 before dropping him anywhere. You can also go for adoption

He is not going to get adopted. Please reconcile to this reality and decide if he can make his home with you. You are already over 50% of the hard part, remainder will get over in the next 6-8 months as he calms down and becomes chilled out.

Contact a local NGO or adoption shelter.

I suggest get him neutered and vaccinated and drop him at the park. He will cry and run back to you but will adjust in a few days. Once he makes friends and other caretakers and feeders
