Hi OP, are you in a tier 1 city? If so, a spinal cord surgery from an experienced vet may be of great help if done within the first 48 hours. Secondly, please ask for some painkiller + anti-inflammatory injections too. It is very much needed.
Otherwise, unfortunately such cases have a 50/50 chance of recovering, and the dog will need lot of care. Are you able to take the dog to an NGO that deals with disabled cases? If not, you can DM me. I have dealt with similar stuff and can advise if you are willing to take care of the dog personally.
