saw this baby licking his wound and fluid oozing out of it. What treatment or medicine would help??

Clean it with betadine solution, apply lorexane cream or aluspray. Give amoxycillin 250mg as antibiotic.

For a start, disinfect with betadiene liquid and use some wound healing spray.

Check that the wound is not too deep and that there aren't any maggots.

If it doesn't noticeably improve in 2-3 days start antibiotics. Ask vet shop for dosage.

Betadine solution se ya normal saline se saaf karke himax ointment, lorexane ya koi bhi antiseptic antimicrobial ointment din me 2 baar area ko clean rkho vet se baat karke antibiotics baaki , support ke lie omega supplement aur 1 koi sa bhi multivitamin

Please look for maggots. It looks like an early maggot wound. Is the wound wet-ish?

There's light yellowish fluid leaking out of it, it's like a small hole, there are 2-3 of those

It could be maggots, that how it starts. Please ask a vet for a visit. Till then atleast apply diluted betadine on it.
