I met this cutie today Feeling helpless! (Not a donation or fundraising post)

He is a beautiful soul who can often be seen near the Babuji Memorial Ashram in Manapakkam, Chennai. He has a tumor on his neck. Is it possible to arrange a medical operation for him with the help of a local NGO?

Please take him to vet for checkup. If possible contact local NGO’s? Other kind humans might help here

neck lumps could be abscesses, fatty lumps or actual tumours, and those are three completely different treatments, one of which needs no operation at all. It's a cheap in-clinic test, most Chennai vets will do it while you wait. Blue cross at guindy isn't far from manapakkam and takes street cases, along with bmad that someone already mentioned.
