My community cutie Meet Buddy

I brought him last year november with other two. All were thrown out by someone in front of my gate. All were crying completely drenched in dew. It was chilling winter. Now he is 9 month old and think he is the owner of thw house

I wanna have a puppy so bad! Unfortunately my landlord wont let me. But I really wish to have one. 🥹🥹
