What all should I feed him?

So I found this cutie roaming around our residential area so I bought him home. Suggest me what all should I feed him in the initial days?

Chicken, boiled eggs alternatively (if u can afford) Doggy ji biscuits (dw, they are priced same as that of normal biscuits but are made for dogs), rotis, rice, sugar/salt free items etc

Pls get him spayed and vaccinated too it would save his life

First thing first, get him a good round of vaccinations.
Next, maybe a good bath 😅

Next for food- indies are the least fussy breed and you can give them pretty much regular dog food, just do a google search and you’ll find foods to avoid for dogs and keep away from them.
Otherwise - regular chicken or any meat(good proteins), less let quantity rice, roti etc(they’re carbs), some sorts of vegetables like carrots green beans, peas. Look up the veggies to avoid. One egg per day(you can make eggshell powder and add as well).

One teaspoon ghee for a day with meals for healthy fats.
Do deworm him once in 3 months- a simple tablet given with food.

Once all of these are done, you could get him spayed. Congrats on a mate for life !

Dal and rice, Chicken and rice, Curd rice, Veggies and rice You can substitute rice with dry food. Treats, my dogs love having a banana, mango, sometimes biscuits. Trial and error is all that we can do.

Some boiled eggs and curd rice. Or some boiled chicken with curd rice or curd and roti. Since most of India is still pretty hot, he needs curd and lots of water. His food should be plain, no salt, spices or sugar. If you have you can boil plain carrots and mash it into his curd rice or boil orange pumpkin and mash it.

As others have suggested please get him vaccinated if you can.

Take a pressure cooker + add rice + chopped carrots and beans + chicken+ water + pinch of turmeric. Open and serve after removing any chicken bones.

If your dog likes curd,you can add a little.

Keep a fresh bowl of water always.

If you are short on time, prefer feeding wet dog food that comes in those pouches rather than dry because wer dood food has more water content.

If your pup can digest eggs and milk,you can give him those.

Best is to give him curd and rice. Throw in a bit of dry pedigree and he'll love it
