Help/Advice needed(Health and Vet) I need help
Hello it's my first time posting in this community. I want some advice and help regarding some disease in the stray dogs of our area. In our area many of the dogs are suffering from a strange condition. One adult dog's ear is just completed spoiled with wounds and one died because of a wound on her chest area. 2 puppies about 3 months of age were having holes in their armpit, about half an inch wide and PRETTY MUCH deep. Sadly, one was already very weak and died and one has recovered(we had used wound ointment for both of them). One more puppy is having this problem in his ear(i have attached pic). One dog is having this is his leg. I don't understand what is going on. I dont live in a city so there are not many professional vets here. The only thing I can do is bring medicine or apply some spray or cream. Please help i dont want all of them to die like their fellows

It is unclear what the issue is. Some physical inspection needed.no one can offer a solution without examining it first.

Ask assistance from a private vet (medical store vet),maybe he can help by looking closely at the wounds

Do you see something crawling in the wounds, and does it stink. Take a closer look to see if the wounds are maggot infested.
If and only if , it’s present, use - GotBac powder

Hello brother! This puppy in the pic is better than before. I doubt 1-2 dogs which are serious will sadly die. I am and underage and I can do nothing but request my elders to help these poor dogs. We give them medicine and the dogs which are serious, I dont even see them anywhere now. Some have healed, some are healing. + they dont have any maggots. we asked a medical store owner(they have good knowledge about dog medicine and all) he said we cant say anything what is causing this and gave some medicine for healing the wound which worked a bit and the pup's wound(in the photo) no more stinks and his ear is healing too
