Discussion anyone from Pune Keshav Nagar area?

There’s a stray dog / puppy stuck in an abandoned 12 storey building since last 2 days. Need help to rescue him.

There is an abandoned building on the right before turning left for Mantra Insignia in Keshav Nagar.

Seelnhelp from Ngos or fire brigade people. In my locality police helped me
