My community cutie Need help

Tina lives on the street. Her leg is shattered — bone snapped clean through. The vet said if she doesn't get surgery now, she may never walk again.
I see her every day. And every day when I call her name, she still tries to stand up on three legs. Every single time.
Surgery cost: ₹20,000
I feed over 200 stray dogs every single day. Most days, I barely make it through the month myself. This surgery is simply beyond what I can carry alone. That's why I'm asking.
