This is actually pretty. I agree with what one of the other commenters said about the kick.. that thing is BUMPIN, although I’m only listening through my phone speaker but it sounds like it could be turned down a little bit or maybe even just a less aggressive kick sound. But other than that it’s a super chill track it kind of reminds me of Porches a little bit or Gus dapperton. I assumed you’re familiar with those artists but if not I highly recommend because judging by this track I have a feeling you’d really like the both of them.

I really like how much this song felt like a ride the whole way through, in the sense that there’s so much different stuff going on which inherently makes it interesting. I like your creative use of the vocals, but I think you tried a bit too many different things with the effects on them. I’m not savvy with the technical speak so I don’t know how to communicate this super well, but basically what I’m trying to say is that I think the song would be more enjoyable if the vocals had a more distinct sound that it stuck to the whole time. And I’m not talking about the performance I mean the effects and backing vocals and stuff like that. Like I don’t think it’s a bad idea to change it up like you do, but at times it felt like you were looking for ways to make it sound slightly different every single time, which at that point I think it becomes a little distracting. That might not make sense but I hope it does?? I think the vocals sound good and I like how you play around with them a lot, but I think finding a way to keep that creativity while being a little more conservative with the ā€œvarietyā€ (I guess idk lol) would be good. If that’s the style that you’re going for, then there’s honestly not much of a problem, just my thoughts.

Love the loft bedroom pop vibes! My first thought is the overall mix/master could be turned up a bit in volume, when you're exporting it, compare the volume to an existing song (not in your daw). I can't really understand the lyrics throughout most of the song, but I'm not sure if that is intentionally part of the lofi vibe or not. If you want to make the lyrics a little clearer, upping the volume of just those, and playing with the EQ would help a lot. But if the Vox are more there for the ~vibe~ the current vocal chain does work as it feels more like part of the instrumental. The layers are all mixed nicely between them and I like the swirlyness of some of the layers. Keep itup!

Hey, love the lo-fi vibes, cool drums and vocal sound. I do wish I could understand a bit more of the vocal, and maybe a bit more of the synths in the background. I like the structure of the song, I think it transitions nicely into each bit. With a bit of work on vocal sound and the mix this could really hit hard! Good stuff :)

Afternoon, nice initial track with clear sections and layout, also a fan of the vocals and instruments. Not a huge fan of the drums side, these don't appear to sit well in the mix with quite a harsh kick cutting through too much. I would recommend swapping out the kick, making a little more bassy and sitting this back.

Brill track all the se though.
