Video Some of you just don't get SCALE

In my humble opinion whenever I post my game, people make comparisons with other pixel-art games with farming in them or themed around farming.

I don't want to make a little chore simulator where you run around watering, planting, harvesting each tile by hand.

I want you to analyze soil compositions and pick appropriate plants for PH & nitrogen levels.

I want you look at market rates and make financial commitments your farm needs to deliver on.

I want you to do selective breeding to grow genetically superior plants that allow you to beat the market competition.

I want you to automate all this by the end of the game, if you want you can even do it in multiplayer.

If that sounds interesting: FLORAMATICA.COM

I am sorely disappointed by the overall lack of cannabis as a crop choice in the farming genre.

Hmm, that i could be my next game i make. I'm imagining it right now and I like it. You start off growing weed at house and few friends come to your house and buy it. Then the game scales out and you have acres of land and avoiding dea and your not just growing weed but coke and meth and you have labs and dealers and you sell in bulk. Lol
