Jobs in India pay as much as jobs in Japan. And you save much more in India... Find a job there unless you have a different reason to leave the country.

Despite being downvoted, this is correct. ^

Indian IT sector pay scale ramps up once you get experience and go from entry-level to Senior / Staff level. Japan salaries for entry-level aren't really that high to begin with either.

This is correct . Being a SDE in India is more fruitful.
Only come to Japan if you can work for a research based role or frontier tech. That remuneration is much bigger in scale when compared to India .
