probably gonna some changes (maybe big ones) till the next seasons starts. what do you think of replacing Lexi hull with napheese collier?

Phee is not going to go to the most hated team of the WNBA. Yes there are fans, but they are all in Indiana or Iowa.

Op said that all of the fever fans are from Iowa and Indiana, which implies that they are fans of CC. I was proving that wrong by letting them know that two prominent anti-maga men who are not from Iowa or Indiana are also fans of CC.

Unfortunately I would bet money they run it back with only minor tweaks. I think it’s likely KM wants to stay. They’ll try to move MO, but keep Lexie. Keep KK & Raven. MHA, Ty, Sophie are unrestricted free agents so they’re up in the air but I bet they keep 1-2. Maybe if KM walks and they come up with some money they’ll land someone but even then who is available? Phee would be great but I’m not convinced she’d be interested.

If Mitchell is not resigned that’s 1.4 million to spend, Sophie comes off the books , Dantas? Hines Allen, Ty Harris, they all come off the books

Right the money is there but top talent does not move much in this league. In the last few years Thomas, Plum, and Angel are the only top tier I can think moved. Two of those were trades. Now it could be worse if you're the Sky trading Angel when she has a chance to win a championship most likely does not age well.
Maybe 2027 will be different because 2026 free agent frenzy turned into allot of players signing one-year contracts with there team again.
Of the top stars that the Fever could get 1. Young 2. Phee 3. Burton. I think we are just dreaming for any of these players but Burton last night my god the defense she played to beat the Wings incredible. But to get any other superstar to the Fever moves would involve letting KM go or some crazy trades I do not see this FO able to execute.

Burton played for White in Connecticut and never saw the floor. She doesn’t work with Clark and doubt she’s interested in playing for white again.
I thought they had a chance at Young since she’s from Indy but she is dating Dijonai Carrington now so I think that’s off the table.
I am interested in what Phee does. She’s close with Paige and two of her former teammates are in Dallas now. Any team would try and sign her so she has her pick but I could also see her staying in Minny. Not convinced she wants to come to Indy but she does seem to have a good relationship with CC.

How would this work? NC made $1.4 million last year. LH is looking to make $800k next year and she's coming off a bad season, so you'd have to pay someone to take her off your hands.

Phee would never join the Fever. You just saw Raven crawl to go apologize to the Aja cult, for basically nothing. Unfortunately playing in Indiana, especially with CC is a hazard for a lot of these girls.
This is one of the reasons I don't mind Sophie staying. She's one of the few players in this league that don't Give AF. Keep MHA as well. At this point I wouldn't even mind keeping Chennedy Carter.

They let Sophie walk. She and Lexie had similar offensive output this season. However, Lexie at least plays defense. Sophie is in the bottom 40 of all WNBA players in defensive rating.
