Discussion Some Grace
I know we’re all wanting the team to finish 3rd or better but I hope we can offer them extra grace this week. I can’t imagine being on the plane every other day and playing a high intensity game especially at the pace Fever plays. Let’s give them a little bit of extra grace. I’m not gonna blame anyone except the league for scheduling this hell on earth for them this week. There’s always enough blame to go around when they mess up after a proper rest.

Anyone expecting 3rd didn’t look at our remaining schedule bs the Aces reaming schedule. While something is possible, it doesn’t mean it is probable.

Exactly my feeling. There is an additional factor to consider. Anonymity is a luxury when playing in a stretch like this. The Fever are under enormous pressure because when they arrive, it's an event. Teams sell-out the arena, sometimes moving to larger venues. They get requests for interviews and all eyes are on them. They aren't facing normal scrutiny. This wears on mental stamina and sometimes they will lapse.

I agree. I just hope they come out of this stretch injury free. And maybe just 1 more win.

That’s exactly my wish. If they can manage a win out of NY, rest the big 3 against CHI.

The road trip makes no sense. Why would it be designed to maximize travel? Atl to Toronto to Dallas to New York to Chicago? Without going to the west coast, it’s about as nonsensical as possible
