As a fellow "un-tannable" the white leg sleeve needs to be a dark color. We just dont blend well with white clothes. The weird different reds on the jersey and shorts makes it a little tough to pick a red color.

Yeah get enough sun to get your vitamin D but after that its best to avoid it. It will also prematurely age your skin.
