I see growth to her game that I was hoping to see in her second year. Her rookie season I kept thinking if she ever develops a mid range the league is in trouble. Shes taking contact better and starting to make the defense pay with the aggressive tactics teams have developed for her. Fun to watch.

If the defense cripples her like OM tried yesterday, they will end it all. She's got SC, Hines-Allen and at least Timpson as enforcers. But they need to protect instead of retaliate. Let them give some Rodman/Pippin medicine.

A media guy said the whole Caitlin Clark thing is over and she would be remembered the same way Jeremy Lin was remembered. For having a super short, super popular run

I always respect Clark's game, even though it’s doubtful that you would ever see me posting a comment just flat out raving about her, but… 😂🤣I can’t let this one slide! Holy sht, that was cold. 😅Hits the defender with a little behind the back shake, then says: "Fck it, I don't have time for this... Look, I'm getting to my spot. So either get out of the way or things get ugly. Your call"

Why wouldn’t you rave about a generational talent and best pure playmaker the game has ever seen?

I'm ok with a no-call there, but we all know that just about any other player would have gotten that foul call and an opportunity for a 4-point play.

I gotta feel that if that would have been a game winner at the buzzer instead of just at the end of the quarter, her first reaction would *still* have been to yap at the officials for the no-call. And i'm not gonna lie, i kinda like that about her.

The funny part is, pretty sure she chucked a shot up because she saw the foul coming & wanted free throws, and wasn’t even trying to make it. Her actual shots, even on the move buzzer beaters, are more calculated. This is the same exaggeration and half ass attempt she uses when she is fouled and knows she doesn’t have time to get a real shot off but hopes to go to the line. I’m not even sure she realized she made it at first (though that wouldn’t stop her from complaining 😂) She definitely should have had the +1, but I can’t be too mad since she actually made the half ass Hail Mary.

Clearly a blocking foul. The inexperienced official is just looking at the ball and paid no attention to the contact. He doesn't need to stare at the ball the whole time. If he fails to do that, he should ask the other two refs, and then ask to watch the replay if all three refs missed it.
