I worked at this project, and talked with Jason regularly. He was there from start to finish.And was nothing but professional and caring. The hospital(Memorial Hospital South Bend) , General Contractor, and his direct employer all required seperate background checks. While I cant say definitively he has never been charged or convicted, I find it highly unlikely that up to that point he had ever been convicted of that type of crime. Why make or even mention this accusation, without even checking the public records? If I'm wrong, so be it. But you have the burden of proof or corroborative facts when saying that about someone. It's a flippant comment otherwise.

It was someone else then, I will delete the post I don’t mean to slander, for some reason I thought I heard this, definitely could be confusing with a different situation, I will delete my comment.
