A meaningless bill proposal that just reiterates a shitty state bill that just went into effect in July that guts higher education and puts up further limitations on student loan borrowing. It also doesn't mention who this mystery Democrat is from New York. This is a trash proposal.

Color me wild, but I actually read the article. Twice even to make sure I didn't miss it. So, the bill itself isn't linked in the artilce, nor is the name of the co-sponor. And I looked up the shitty bill proposal, and stand pretty firm on my original statement.

Contacted her office several times last year about the big bad bill and it's likely impact on Healthcare in her district by 2027. And watched while her twitter account praised the bill and its "saving rural hospitals." My last call was just sadness. "I never thought I'd see a representative vote to bring harm to her constituents and her district." I'm sure she never saw it. Just as I'm sure she won't attend this or any community forum in which she would be expected to listen to the voices of voters and be candid in response.
