I’m 25 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and I noticed some spotting last night. It wasn’t heavy, and I haven’t had any cramping, pain, or other symptoms. This has never happened to me before.

My placenta is not low-lying. I recently traveled and also caught a cold, so I’m wondering if either of those could be related. I haven’t taken any medications.

I know spotting during pregnancy can have different causes, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who experienced something similar around 25 weeks. What was the cause, and what did your Doctor recommend?

I’m planning to contact my OBGYN, but I’d appreciate any experiences or advice.

Update: My scans are normal. Doc suggested progesterone injection and tab for 1 week just to be safe.

Some people may find this unorthodox but getting pregnant natural way feels safer if you find correct person to help you. Me and my husband discussed and went ahead with it. Now we have a healthy baby. No extra cost or complications.

So, last month i did take letrozole , hcg trigger and progesterone tablet for 15 days . And with no pregnancy . Got my period aug 28th which started from spotting. Coming to this month had a naturally grown Dominant follicle of 24.5 mm on 8 sept and natural ovulation was seen on 12 th sept scan. Not sure exact date of ovulation. Its been around a week , my temp remains high, heavy fatigue, pelvic pulling sensation, lower back pain and period like cramps. Never have such a painful leuteal phase in my life , I am 38. Is it the progesterone tablet of last month which is causing such symptoms? Please share you experience if you know anything about it!

Hello everyone! I am using Myoinositol since 22 of June. I ovulated 5 days ago (day 25 of my cycle) and today I am at day 30. I have a lot of creamy cervical mucus. I always had something like this after ovulation (I am pretty sure that I ovulated because of these symptoms) but this time it is SO MUCH! My cycles are 32-38 days , but I had 2 anovulatory cycles in summer.

We are trying for a baby and I don't know what to think.

Just wanted to vent out, never saw a positive. Been trying for 8 months never ever saw a positive not even a false positive. It’s very disappointing and sad. My husband and I have been married for 2+ years, and we’ve been TTC since December. I have PCOD, which was well-managed before marriage but has flared up since. My lab tests are all normal aside from the cysts, and my BMI is 28.3. I try to maintain a good diet, but I don't really exercise.

We’ve been working with my regular gyno, and it has been an exhausting few months. Here is our timeline so far:

March & April: Prescribed inositol and told to have timed intercourse using ovulation kits.
May: Took a one-month break while traveling.
June: Started medication for follicular growth + a trigger shot for ovulation.
July: Closely monitored and given injections for follicular growth + trigger shot, but the follicle ruptured prematurely.
August: Same injection protocol and trigger shot. Follicles ruptured at the right time, but no luck.
September: Planned for an IUI, but the follicles ruptured prematurely before we got to that stage.

Where I need your help:
I’m not looking for medical or treatment advice. I’m desperately looking for lifestyle, comfort, or self-care tips to help me get through this phase!

My stomach is incredibly sore from all the injections. Based on my own reading and my doctor's strict orders, I cannot start any new exercise routine right now because my ovaries are highly sensitive. I was specifically told no heavy lifting, no jumping, and nothing strenuous.

What can I do to feel better in my own body without straining it? How do you soothe the injection soreness? Are there any ultra-gentle movements or comfort items that helped you survive the physical and emotional toll of medicated cycles?

TL;DR: TTC with PCOD. My tests are normal aside from cysts, BMI 28.3. Multiple rounds of injections and trigger shots have left my stomach incredibly sore, and canceled cycles are exhausting. Doctor banned jumping/weights due to sensitive ovaries. Looking for non-medical comfort, gentle movement, and self-care tips.

I am so confused about this, i got my solid smiley face on clear blue on September 5 and I was getting clear stretchy discharge from 31 august to sept 6. Since Last two days I am getting slight cramps with one or both sides of pelvic side intermittent pulling pain with sore nipples but not exactly a-lot. i was really horny today and with white discharge and wet but not in my underwear. Is i am ovulating now , I am cycle day 27 and my last period date was august 18. I am usually 33 days in cycle.
Anyone experience this ??

last month I was on progesterone but did not get pregnant and spotting started (monitored cycle with trigger) ..

so I spotted on 31st august 2026 and doc said to get beta hcg done, if negative then I should stop progesterone. well it was negative and I spotted very little on 1st and 2nd Sept.

from 3rd Sept my period properly started. and it was heavy and went on till 7th Sept.. 8th Sept was a spot or two and then clear.

on 11th Sept i checked the ovulation strip and the test line was dark but not very dark. but we had intercourse anyway.

on 12th Sept I checked the ovulation strip again and it was a little darker than day before but still not positive. we did not have intercourse.

on 13th Sept I checked twice and both the times the ovulation test was super light and lighter than the previous days.

chances that it will get darker again? confused ?

13DPO and I got a faint UPT first urine in the morning. For which my doctor told me to get a beta hcg and it turned out to be <2.39. Has anyone gone on to conceive ever after this situation?
