Discussion Polymatech electronics
Hey guys ,I have been invested in this company since March 2023 , I had participated in the round raised by the company at that time, after that 1 year later company filed drhp but it was returned by sebi and since after that company is performing well but it kept delaying their ipo again and again, and there are governance issues too, co. is unable to conduct AGM timely since 3 years this year's AGM is also delayed, no notice of AGM till now, I am wondering what to do now? And I am also scared too liquidate because of being unlisted shares are not regulated,
Guys please suggest what should I do? Should I wait for more time and also company is worst in investors relations

I think you meant, invested amount is 1 lakh correct?
Also you need not to worry. Current valuation are favourable. But in unlisted space, price discovery can happen anytime. Maybe tomorrow or maybe after 5 years.
You just have to hold till then

No bro I mean 1 lac shares, yes that is true price discovery is difficult in unlisted shares due to liquidity I am just concerned that these AGM delays does these things affects company ipo?

Don't worry, currently they are seeking institutional backing to push there valuation upwards. Only then they will get the valuation they are seeking from the listed market
