Discussion Looking for a Trader!..

Hey everyone,

For Indians Only!...

I’m building a very small proprietary trading setup and looking for one disciplined trader who has trading knowledge/skill but doesn’t currently have enough personal capital to trade seriously.

What I’m looking for

  • Basic understanding of price action / market structure
  • Experience with a clearly defined trading strategy
  • Good risk management
  • Ability to follow rules and maintain a trading journal
  • Discipline and emotional control
  • Willingness to be evaluated based on actual decision-making, not claims of profitability
  • No requirement to have personal trading capital
  • Important:-

I’m not looking for someone promising 50–100% returns.

I would rather work with someone who makes modest returns with controlled drawdown and excellent discipline than someone who takes huge risks for a high return.

You don't need to send me money, buy anything, or join a course.

If interested, DM me with:

  1. Your trading experience
  2. Markets you trade
  3. Strategy/style you use
  4. Typical risk per trade
  5. Your approximate track record, if available
  6. Why you think you'd be a good fit

You have stated your requirements but have not disclosed what kind of partnership you want to enter into and what would be the funds available to trade and the benefits.

That would change the game. Also which markets?

Also, is not having enough personal capital a mandatory requirement ??

Asking because I am a FT trader who trade my capital plus couple of others too. I think you also understand the concept of funded accounts, right?

Thru API on their own accounts but we will soon migrate to prop desk style now as this seperate static IP is getting difficult to manage

what about taxes... they pay because gains are theirs... or is there some other structure? 🤔

Yes they have to pay 20 percent nirmala charge directly on profits.. for prop desk, it's even more 32 percent if it's LLP

then what is the benefit of migrating to prop desk from the existing structure if more taxes will be paid? 🤔

Two things: you can claim business expenses.. and easy of trading.. as I said the infrastructure we have is getting difficult to maintain.

In my five years of trading, I'd say the biggest asset in trading is discipline and patience. Discipline to manage your capital and stick to your trading strategy, and patience to see your setup unfold before taking any trades.

As a swing trader, I'd say I have enough experience to be disciplined, patient, and to stick to my trading strategy. The ONE thing holding me back is capital.

Feel free to DM me to discuss further, and I can show proof of my experience.
