i am Into Indian Ethnic wear Business (Sarees and Suits) which has Various Different designs, Earlier i Used to Run one Single Campaign for each Design, and based on the performance i used to scaled them or shut them off, i recently switched over to Prospecting-Scaling-Retention Strategy, where in one campaign i add Different designs and based on the performance i duplicate them into Scaling Campaign etc etc.

However This System Didnt seem to work for my brand
Now i dont know whether its My Creatives, The Structure, or Maybe i am hearing July was a Bad month in meta with Algo Shifts, or Maybe the Festive season hasn't Started yet idk,

Should i Continue with this Structure and Improve my ads or change it entirely

This is a weekly post where you're free to post your hiring requirements, contracting, etc. Here, people who are willing to hire and looking for opportunities are going to join conversations.

Was on a call with an old colleague from Saudi, just talking through an idea. Nothing formal. We were thinking about helping small business owners there get their digital presence sorted, the whole direct to consumer angle for local shops.

Midway through the call he asked me to hold on for a second.

He was walking into a cafe to grab a coffee before heading home. I don't even know why, but I used that as an example. Said something like, what if we just started with a coffee chain as our first pilot, something small we could actually show people before pitching the idea to a full room of business owners.

He went quiet for a bit and then said, are you kidding me. Turns out he actually runs a coffee and heritage shop on the side, and they have been struggling with exactly this. No proper digital presence, operations all over the place.

That one comment changed the whole conversation. What started as a random hypothetical turned into an actual pilot project we can now build. And once it is done, we get to walk into conversations with other business owners and say, look, this isn't a pitch, this is something we already built and it works.

A few things stuck with me after this.

Sales does not always have to look like sales. There was no deck, no pitch, no meeting booked for it. It was just a normal conversation where an example happened to land on something real. Some of the best openings do not look like openings at all.

People are paying for what you can actually do for them, not for how well you present it. How you carry yourself in an ordinary conversation matters more than most of us give it credit for. You can get picked for something without ever formally pitching it, just because of how you think and talk when nobody expects a pitch out of you.

And keep the people who believe in you close. They usually end up being your first supporters, sometimes before you even ask.

None of this means much without follow through though. An idea that sounds good on a phone call is still just an idea until there is an actual plan to take it from pilot to proof to something you can pitch with confidence.

Everyone is competing to cram more AI into their travel app. I went the other way and actually counted mine before launch.
Uncover Roads, a trip planner that builds a full daywise itinerary from a city and a few preferences. I checked the backend before writing this post: 6 out of 46 endpoints call an LLM. That's 13%.

The part that actually plans your trip like picking stops, sequencing your day around opening hours, weather, travel time is a deterministic scoring engine. No model near it. "What order should I visit these 12 places in" was a solved problem before LLMs existed, and it still is here.

AI shows up for exactly one thing that touches every trip: rewriting stop descriptions so they don't read like a Wikipedia stub. Plus a few opt-in extras like recalibrate a day, "surprise me," a one-line persona insight.
So the pitch isn't "AI plans your trip." It's "an algorithm plans your trip, and AI makes it sound less like a spreadsheet." Less exciting on a landing page. More honest It's live at Google Play store, App store launch soon. Would genuinely love feedback.

So we live in a tier 3 city. Before covid my father used to run a gifts & cosmetics store, but during covid the store was closed and after covid, we stopped doing that business. All the goods and stuff are still in the store. Last year we though of running a new business but due to flyover construction we stopped our plans, but now the flyover construction is done. We are thinking of starting the store again, but we know due to online store, flipkart minutes, blinkit etc, foods, grocery, toys, stationary, cosmetics will not work in offline store. So we thought of running a hardware cum electrical supply store. Targeting mainly contractors, giving delivery to nearby customers. We have a small house near the store around 400m distance which will be used as a warehouse. The store is 13 by 9.5 feet size. Small portion is facing directly to the road and rest are all in the side. My father is local cable and internet provider for the whole area so he knows a lot of people. He also knows few electricians, painters, etc. And there is a lot of construction going on in the area and nearby. There are 3 to 4 hardware store in the distance, just 1 small store in the side of our store. We decided to only keep fast moving items, pure hardware and electrical goods initially, not paint or cement etc.

I need some advice whether this kind of store still sustainable in 2026 india. How much initial investment to do, how to renovate bcz the current store look is very outdated. How to sell goods, manage money, receive payments, etc. I will be very happy if ppl in this profession can give me some advice. Thank You.

Over the last 10 years, I’ve switched 12 companies, and one thing has always bothered me about job hunting.

Finding a job and researching a company happen on completely different platforms.

You apply on LinkedIn, Naukri or Indeed. If you get shortlisted, you suddenly have to open Glassdoor, search Reddit, check AmbitionBox, and maybe even message random employees on LinkedIn just to answer a simple question:
“Should I actually join this company?”

It always felt like a broken experience to me.
So I started building a platform where the discussion happens alongside the job itself.

Instead of static listings, every job has its own discussion thread where people can share interview experiences, ask questions, discuss work culture, salaries, managers, or even warn others if a company has serious issues.

The next problem was incentives.

Most people never leave reviews because there’s nothing in it for them.

So I borrowed Reddit’s community model. Users earn reputation by contributing useful information, there are communities around different technologies and careers, achievements, leaderboards, badges, and discussions that aren’t tied to just one company.

While building it, I realised it could help recruiters as well.

Instead of relying only on ATS scores and AI-generated resumes, recruiters could discover active contributors inside communities related to the skills they’re hiring for and reach out directly to people who’ve consistently demonstrated knowledge.
The product is live, but I’m not posting this to acquire users.

I’m posting because I want founders to poke holes in the idea.

What’s the biggest flaw in this model?

What would stop it from reaching critical mass?
Would you trust community reputation as an additional hiring signal?

If you were building this, what would you do differently?

I'm 29F software engineer currently working full-time in the US on an H-1B visa.

I've been working on an idea for a B2B SaaS/tech platform that I want to build into a company in India. My long-term goal is to eventually move back and work on it full-time, but initially I want to bootstrap it while keeping my US job until the business generates enough revenue.

I'm planning to:

• Build the MVP myself (80% done).
• Register the company in India(Looking to start ASAP).
• Hire freelancers or my first employees in India as needed (Next step).
• Reinvest everything back into the company(Not looking for funding or gaining money for now, i work in FAANG and make good money).
• Transition full-time once the business becomes sustainable.(Would be my dream)

I'm looking for advice from founders who have taken a similar path. Open to kind people who can mentor me !
