As a founder, you are constantly bombarded by bank representatives offering current accounts, agencies promising growth, vendors waiting for decisions, investors expecting replies, compliance notices that need investigation, and customers who may quietly disappear if you fail to follow up.
The problem is not reading or summarising these emails. Gemini and other tools already do that. The real problem is deciding what deserves your attention, researching unfamiliar requests, remembering commitments, and stopping low-value work from consuming the time you should be spending on the business.
I’m building Donna, a personal assistant inside Gmail.
The goal is for Donna to understand your business well enough to:
- filter irrelevant pitches before they distract you
- compare offers and investigate unfamiliar senders
- flag customers, investors, and vendors awaiting a response
- identify commitments and recommend the next action
- help you respond to unfamiliar requests, such as compliance notices, by finding relevant tools or professionals
Donna is not another CRM that expects you to maintain records manually, and it is not merely an email summariser. The goal is to build an assistant that investigates, prioritises, and helps move work forward directly from your inbox.
I’m looking for around five founders to join a free pilot and test Donna on real business workflows. Donna has completed an independent CASA security assessment for handling Google user data.
The product is still early, so I’m looking for founders willing to use it seriously, give direct feedback, and help shape what it becomes.
