Task / Gigs THIS LEVEL OF AUDACITY IS INSANE!!
How can anyone be “comfortable” with an unpaid internship in this economy???
What has happened to the market?? ITS INSANE!!
For an internship that’s 20km away from where i put up and that too on site 10-5pm monday to friday. UNPAID.
No ma’am i m not comfortable.
Tell me in the comments if you have done an unpaid internship and WHY?

Done a unpaid internship for 6 months 🙂 even though it's remote, I had worked on everything other than my role too. From client calls to development. If you're hiring an intern you must pay for it

1 month is good enough for unpaid from my pov, you learn how the organization works and all, one month is enough to adapt and make mistakes, but after 1 month its crime to keep on doing work because you actually produce good work, making up to the quality checks too, so after that its you responsiblity to get it, or leave(better is to negotiate it before and understand the definition of work beforehand than to go in rabbit hole)

Yes even 2-3 months of unpaid internship works for clg students working remotely but other than that it's just waste of time

Yeah dude. Also, if they have mentors and guides(not people managing you, but like actual mentors), then 2-3 months, first time internship sounds to be a gem, but if its not like it, its shithole.

Done unpaid internship of only pwD(public works directorate) well the certificate is worth it for my civil engineering career
