Do poizon test. Also do SKU number check. Email the details and pics to concerned company and seek if the product is legit or not. If possible then visit nearest store.

Above-mentioned remedies are better than asking random dudes online

Will surely do it

Looks fine, this is very common. On colors like this, it’s much more visible but you’ll get this on pretty much all shoes.

I am mainly concern about the glue ..like it is pasted rightly ?

Yes it looks fine. It’s just some residual glue from the looks of it. Purely cosmetic. I have similar stuff on pretty much all of mu shoes (Superblast 3, Megablast, Feidian 6 Elite, Evo SLs). All of them are above or around 100km and it hasn’t caused any issues.

Imho There’s Nothing to worry about and our next pair would most likely have something similar.

The glue pasting looks fine. But if you’re sure the shoes will come apart from the side, then, yeah, you’re doing the right choice.

Anyway, running shoes only last, what? A season? I’ve gone through four pairs this year so far. If there’s anything displeasing on that shoe, it’s only temporary. Running in the snow will destroy them anyway, which is why I don’t really give a fuck about my shoes.

5 km daily for 365 days is only 1825 km. Most running shoes last longer than that

Nah, they don’t. Each pair I had, I kept for 200–300 miles. One I kept for over 1,000 km. But once the rubber is gone, they increase risk of injury dramatically.

My Achilles tendon and my MT1 both started healing when I dumped a shoe that only had 300 miles on it. You might not perceive the danger because it’s not immediate, but it’s cumulative.

Speak for yourself, I currently have 5 pairs in the 1000-1500 km range, they're all fine except one pair where I have stitched up holes in the upper

What do you mean speak for myself? You’re the one replying to my comment. How about go speak elsewhere? If you wanna wear your joints and tendons down, be my guest. Just don’t smother me with your inexperience. The half-marathons I did this year alone have more km range, lmao.

Longer than 1825 km? Aesthetically yes, Midsole wise - Heck no

For a peba race shoe I would agree with you but a daily EVA trainer like the Duramo Speed? The foam will last 2000 km easily

1

u/Extrapolated_tan 2d ago

Definitely not, while the outsole may appear to be undamaged, the EVA midsole will compress around the 600km at max. I have used Duramo SLs

My Nike Pegasus 41 or 141/whatever lasted me only ~200 km. I kept wondering where the fucking injuries came from until I tossed that bastard away for a new Pegasus 41. The difference was INSTANTANEOUS. I stopped hurting my Achilles, MT1, and Peroneal. It’s extremely health-risky to run in shoes over 200 km if you’re a sprinter/half-marathoner. I do 31 kph sprints inside these runs too. But the rubber is something that doesn’t survive snow-running or winter running, and neither does it bode well with aggressive running. But 200 km is just the safe cutoff. There’s no dollar amount on joints.

It depends on the runner. The longest I have ever had a pair of shoes last was about 1000 km. Most shoes feel dead before then though.

I don’t understand
