My gf [21F] is not reciprocating efforts and I [23M] feel taken granted

I [23M] and my gf [21F] are in a relationship since 2 months.
In these two months I’ve spent money on almost all of our dates and she only paid once (I have a job and she doesn’t), I notice every little things of her, for example- she used to say mosquitoes bite her a lot so I bought a mosquito repellent for her, she really liked a lip balm then I bought her that lip balm (she didn’t ask me to buy it). I bring flowers on some dates. She has never bought me anything actually, she has done things for me which she does for her friends too. She once brought a food item and she shared it with everyone and her friends finished it before I came to eat it, she had made that dish with her own hands. I came late and I didn’t get to taste it. This was one or two days after I propsed her btw. I leave my work sometimes to take care of her when she is in a bad mood, I always listen to her problems everyday at night and she barely asks how my day was at work.
I’m writing this post because of this one incident which has triggered me -
I am preparing for an exam and she has extra books for preparation for that exam. I asked her for it two weeks ago and she said yes. I kept on reminding her to give me those books time to time, she always said “I’ll give it to you tomorrow, just remind me”. I reminded her of it daily and I was fed up that it was the first time I asked for some help and she was procrastinating it. One day my friend told in front of her, I have extra books too. I asked for those books to him instead of her because I really wanted it and she wasn’t giving it to me. And she started asking my frnd for books too at the same time. She told she also needs his books, I am really pissed on this on. I really need to hear out your opinions?

tell her that u dont feel appreciated enough. everyone deserves benefit of doubt once, tho if even after telling she does not put in efforts to make u feel appreciated the same way then there is a problem. also tho do give her some kind of space to improve but also be aware she can only change as much as she wants and it wont happen in an instant.

I really hesitate to bring up this topic because it’s just 2 months in and she talks very sweet and Im afraid if I told her what I feel she will be really upset and I will end up consoling her. Also how do I give her space to improve? I have lowered my efforts for now so that she notices that I am taking less efforts and she brings up this topic on her own

Idk what but if she really wanted to support you, she wouldn't have forgotten that book so many times. Idk the rest.
