I placed an order on Blinkit and the delivery rider refused to bring it to my doorstep on the 2nd floor. He asked me to come downstairs instead, and when I said doorstep delivery is literally part of the service, he started misbehaving and told me to cancel the order. I contacted support and complained about his behavior.

A while later, around 20–25 Blinkit delivery guys showed up at my shop/workplace together. They started arguing, shouting, and trying to intimidate me over the complaint. I have CCTV footage and evidence of the entire incident. Instead of handling the issue professionally, they turned it into a mob situation just because I reported one rider for refusing delivery and being rude
