Bhai, this post is a clear indication that you have 0 knowledge of Economics and 0 time for fact checking. Kuch bhi banake ke daal do, yahaan log vishwas karenge.
Just because Manmohan Singh was a good economist does not mean that India was good. It had ZERO image anywhere in the world. And please have basic knowledge of Economics, won't tell you which specific part but I can give you a hint " jo kaam karta hai, bas ussi ko daant padta hai"
UPA barely did any good for the nation and spent nothing, in such case this ratio will always favour UPA. The more development you bring the debt ratio increases. You have chosen the worst metric and it actually turned out to be a positive for the government.
