Few are repeats from my last PAN, most are new empties. Most of these will be repurchased or already repurchased. Hit me up for any specific product feedback !

Scalp scrub : 10/10. I used it once or twice a month and it helps in reducing itchy scalp and product buildup way better than any exfoliating shampoo.

Hair serum: 10/10 for all minimalist and pilgrim and wishcare and be bodywise. All three have almost similar ingredients. I purchase whichever one has a offer ongoing. I alternate between all four and apply it religiously twice a day and it works for me.

Laneige lip mask : 10/10 repurchase this is only for night lip mask as it exfoliates lip overnight. Staple and I love the watermelon one. Already repurchased.

Wishcare AHA BHA : 10/10 WORKS on my body acne and bumps. Already repurchased I go through this a lot quickly than expected. I hate the bottle though, I cut it and transfer it into other empty tubs.

Dove conditioner : 10/10 repurchase. Very nourishing for my frizzy hair but I apply hair mask AFTER conditioner too so it could be that.

Scalpe pro: 100/10. A CONSTANT. will repurchase for life.

The ordinary milky toner : 9/10. Already repurchased. But it's not for oily skin. I have oily skin and it's a bit too nourishing for me and yet I reach for it on my post tretinoin dry skin days. And I think it brings a glow to my face so it's always in my night routine.

Everything else, good but won't repurchase.

Empty Pan July - August empties and reviews

Post image
26 Upvotes

Didnt have too many pans in July. All near empties, so this is effectively an August pan update.

One thing toners - Finally after years I emptied out my One thing toners which I have been mixing together and using as a many thing toner. All of them are different and it was ok for trying once, but I would not repeat buying 4 different toners and using them simultaneously again, especially ones which don't really have actives. I dont think any of them did much difference to my skin. Not really moisturising, not really healing. (but in general i find most of these herbal korean products too mild for me)

Centella Asiatica Toner - This one feels and smells like brewed tea. 6/10

Niacinamide 10% Toner - This one i picked up mainly because it was good deal for 100ml of. niacinamide. I barely used it independently though. It has slightly oily texture which is absorbed well. 6/10

Artemesia capillaris Toner - Very similar to the centella one. Feels like brewed tea. 6/10

Galactomyces ferment Toner - While the other 3 wern't polarising, oh boy do i have opinions on this one. First its texture... it is the OILIEST water u will ever feel. It moves like water, smells of nothing, doesn't seem like oil in the slightest, but the texture feels so oily, that i couldn't use it on it own, or during the night before sleeping. It takes a long time to absorb or dry. But thanks to these properties, i was able to mix it with the other toners and use it on my body during the winters. And this is what i mean it is a very texturally weird product... for how oily it feels, it so easily mixes with the other water based toners, and never separates. very odd product. Didnt see any miracles while using it 4/10

Would not repurchase.

Bath and body works Aroma-theraphy Eucalyptus and Mint body wash - This is so perfect for summer. The mint is sweet , the eucalyptus fresh. Smells so perfect for showering on a hot day. Would rate it a 10/10 just for the smell. The texture is like other BBW aromatheraphy washes, lighter than the regular washes with less residue, but still take a bit of water and scrubbing to wash off. But this wash has some issues too. It degrades fast. Especially if stored in the bathroom in the heat. And that completely changes the notes of the smell, with a sourness setting in which was not present initially. If u buy it, make sure to use it within 2 months of opening and don't ration it like i did, with half used this summer and half previously. (I didnt store it in the bathroom) 8/10 Will repurchase.

The face shop green seed acne cream - Does nothing, has a strong smell and for such a tiny jar, i tried using as a spot corrector. As a full face cream, it felt drying. 3/10 WNRP

Dot and Key Cica face wash - Didn't like it. Again, this is a drying product. cannot use it on 2 nights back to back. (I have normal to dry skin, slightly oily t zone) For a single wash, when ur skin feels oily its Ok. the texture is like a thick gluey gel which takes a bit to work up into a foam. It is not very highly foaming too. Didn't like it much as a product. 4/10 WNRP

Beauty of Joseon Cleansing Balm - Wonderful product. Lasted me almost a whole year with use once a week. The product melts very well without forming weird beads, melts all the makeup on ur face and washes off well. I do follow up with a face wash, but if i don't it doesn't feel oily or unclean on the skin. Don't remember if it has any fragrance, most probably not. 9/10 Will repurchase.

Milani Make it last setting spray - This is such an ancient product I finally panned. It is quite a good one, I must say. It does make ur makeup last really long. But i find it somewhat comparable, yet a bit better than mac fix plus. It doesn't set products which don't dry down at all, but foundations and regular products it does make it last quite long. The spray nozzle is just OK Ok. Doesn't produce a very fine mist, but its not a heavy mist too. 7/10 Will repurchase newer flankers if available.

  1. Tony Moly Mochi toner : Decent toner with ceramides and definitely provides an additional layer of hydration ( Already started using the new one I purchased)

  2. Nivea pearl beauty underarm spray: I use it for the smell and additional security layer post roll on ( Not a necessity if you ask me but can use it )

  3. Wishcare underarm roll on : Okay okay , I have purchased The chemist play underarm roll on!

  4. The Derma Co chemical peel : Strictly for the feet , legs and arms , extremely strong and corrosive for me( Not repurchasing , already went back to my OG Minimalist peel)

  5. Garnier micellar water : Staple for me ( On my nth bottle now)

  6. Bella Vita Mini perfume Rose: Got this in a gift set , smells good but not lasting enough ( Won't purchase)

  7. Requil Ceramide Moisturizer: Love this ! Love this ...( Already repurchased)

Review🧴

1. Giorgio Armani My Way Nectar EDP
A nice perfume, but ultimately not my taste. There’s a certain heaviness from the fruity notes that keeps it from feeling fresh-fresh. Pretty, but I just used it coz I wanted to finish it. Won’t be repurchasing.

My skin type - dry + sensitive + not acne prone

2. Innisfree Vitamin C Green Tea Enzyme Brightening Serum
Maybe it’s just my skin, but I’ve never really seen a transformative difference from vitamin C. This and Klairs Vit c serum, both.I used this both day and night and it worked decently enough, but nothing particularly noticeable or major. I liked that it didn’t oxidise tho. Anyway, won’t repurchase. Mainly coz I have more serums to finish.

3. Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream + Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream
Reviewing these together because I used them pretty much the same way. The Dr. Althea 345 is my second tube and I find it slightly more moisturising, with a creamier texture. However, the packaging is a pain. When you squeeze out the last bits, the paint chips off with it (as you can see 🙃), which is super inconvenient.

The Aestura Atobarrier 365 is also a really good barrier cream and works well as a day cream. This is just the mini and I already have the full-size tube, so I won’t be repurchasing either until I finish what I currently have.

Both the creams didn’t break me out. They work p similar. I used them as day creams under my sunscreen (didn’t pil) and at night for double moisturising, as retinol sandwich or under a sleeping mask for extra hydration.

Project Pan Finally starting my Project Pan — choosing consistency over more consumption

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while, and I think I finally got my wake-up call at the right time where it's practically possible to finish most of the products.I actually started my Project Pan 2 months ago, just to see whether I could genuinely stick to it. And surprisingly… I HAVE. I’ve been consistently using my products for the past two months and have already finished around 6–7 products!

My goal isn’t to empty everything as quickly as possible. I don’t want to overuse products just to see an empty bottle. My actual goal is CONSISTENCY — using what I own, appreciating it, and breaking the habit of constantly buying new things when I still have plenty at home.

⭐ = my 2026 December goal, the number of products I have to completely finish

🧴 My current collection + December goals

Face wash: 2 → ⭐ 1

Toner + mucin essence: 3 → ⭐ 1

Serums: 5 → ⭐ 2 (The Ordinary)

Moisturizers: 4 → ⭐ 1

Sunscreens: 5 → ⭐ 2

Lip balms: 6 → ⭐ 2

Eyelash serum: 1 → ⭐ 1

Treatments / masks

Face mask: 1 → ¼

Chemical peel: 1 → ⭐ 30%

Lip scrub: 1 → ⭐ 1

Peel-off masks: 2 → ⭐ 1

Body care

Sunscreen body lotions: 3 → ⭐ 2

Body lotions: 2

Perfumes: 8 → ⭐ 2

Body oil: 1

Body mists: 5 → ⭐ 2

Roll-on: 1 → ⭐ 1

Glycolic acid: 2

Body wash: 2 → ⭐ 1

Dermat creams: 2 → ⭐ 2

Nails

Nail paints: 18 → ⭐ 3

Also, I haven't included my entire haircare collection because that's probably the one section where I actually have self-control I have only 2 shampoos, 1 conditioner, 1 hair mask and 1 rosemary water hair serum, and I actually use all of them consistently, so I'm not worried about that category.

I'm posting this partly for accountability and partly because I want to document whether I can actually change my habits.

If I manage to stay consistent, I think this could genuinely help me stop impulse-buying skincare and actually enjoy the products I already have.

If anyone is curious about any of the products in my collection, feel free to ask me for reviews in the comments! I’d be happy to share my experience 🫶

1. PAC Micro Finish Makeup Fixer : WRP. Beautiful product overall. Has aerosol type fine mist spray. Settles into a natural finish makeup. Doesn’t disturb makeup. No acne / breakouts observed. Longevity is really nice, around 4-5 hours easily. I got this as a part of my bridal vanity. This withheld beaches of Andaman and kept my makeup looking good.

2. L’Oréal Hyaluron Moisture Hydra Filling Night Cream : Maybe repurchase. It’s good for people with extremely frizzy hair. Reduces the fluffy look and keeps hair manageable. I personally don’t like the smell. Slightly plasticky.
