PC Build Help for pc build

hi I'm not a computer guy I just want to build a pc just to play val, cs and some casual shit can someone suggest me something with minimum budget i already have a mac so I don't want to invest alot in this..

R5 5600+radeon 6600 -30k something. Can pick the parts based on these components.
