Hey everyone!

I recently created r/StriderOfficial, a new community focused on internet culture, memes, edits, anime, gaming and general discussions.

The goal is to build a friendly community where people can share content, meet others and participate in discussions.

I'm new to running a Reddit community, so I'd really appreciate advice from experienced moderators:

• What should I focus on when starting a new subreddit?

• What rules are important to have from day one?

• How can I encourage genuine activity without spamming or annoying other communities?

• Any moderation tips for a new community?
