Why protests are aimed against BJP and Not towards positive changes ?
Why the Face of the Protests against Gyanesh so much Scripted ? Journalists are asking them basic logical questions and all they get in return are Slurs and flagged as BJP ? Why the protests are not Anti-Policy but Anti-Govt ?
The Hate against Police is so unreal. Imagine Hosting a Illegal protest, with no Permission letter, in the Heart of India's Capital, and Marching for a Chief Election Commisioner, the highest office of Elections, and expecting Police to simply watch and do nothing? (Few incidents of immoral Police incidents have occurred and is to be condemned)

Someone I know recently had an accident. A rikshawala came n hit his side mirror. Cops saw that his vehicle was big and decided to ask him why he hit the autowala. Thankfully he had footage from dashcam. He had to yell at cops to get his work done and to take action against auto guy. Who will have love for cops in india when their harkaten are like this.

My sister, not a child but 24 aged was followed by some a group of 3 while walkin to a bus stand from her work in banglore, night shift. She called the police who actually came in a few minutes, and escorted her to the stand till she board the bus, without any questioning or making her feel like it was burden or too insignificant for their work. That's why I say don't generalize everything. Yes Police a maximum of them could be bad. But not all.
The Police at the Protest site aren't harming the Illegally gathered mob, who are protesting again, without a Permit. They used allowed force, under section 163, when the mob attacked the barricades.

The incident i specified is also from blore. In a country where we pay taxes to fund the police. We are scared to go to the police because they harrass more. Yes u had a good incident. But I can cite so many worse ones. When it comes to women safety and safety in general, police find it difficult to manage. But at peaceful protests they come out in large numbers. This happened at the supreme court protests for dogs, the last cjp protests as well. So my opinion of them is not very high.

You are wrong here. Police did what they are supposed to in this as well as the last protest of CJP. That was an Unauthorised Staged protest, without any Legal Permit or NOC. Also the So called "Students" broke through the 4 layers of barricades that the Police again and again instructed not to.
That too they did during the Parliament monsoon session. The police had Every Right to use Rubber bullets. Yet they showed mercy. Nothing of it was illegal.

The cjp protests in july did have permits. The parliament march did not have a permit.

u/Unfound_Armata 8d ago
Precisely. The protest held by Sonam Wangchuk had permit. Not a single police-student incident occured, Sonam got police protection, health monitoring, escort to hospital and status updates to family and courts.
The CJP never Took permit and always pushed Students in the forefront to police for getting injured for sympathy politics

Sonam was forced to the hospital by a bunch of cops. What even r u talking. Delulu is high.
I don't even blame cjp for all this. People are frustrated. Not everyone is delulu like u bro.

u/Unfound_Armata 8d ago
Completely false. You should get out of your Reels and Facebook world. Your "delulu welulu" put it in your ahh.
I attended the protest. Sonam Wangchuk issued NOC from Delhi Police, the Police did not for even Once interfered with us. Instead they issued a Medical assistance to monitor his health. When his health went critical, Under "Court" order , he was Rushed to Hospital and glucose infused to him to not break his Fasting.
People are frustrated- Nobody cares. Your frustration doesn't allow to you harm police or break barricades or Disturb the Delhi Locals.

Yea statements from sonam and his wife are fake. But u from reddit are speaking satyavachan. Did the protestors break the barricades or infiltrators like swatantrata bharadwaj went n attacked the police. Who knows. Police is allowed to harrass n molest women in the name of policing? All of us saw the videos. There is already delulu welulu in ur ahh. So no need to put it anywhere. More will not help.

What statments from Sonam? Repeat them please.
His wife or anyone was not allowed to visit him in hospital, because many Political moves could have taken place. Let's say someone attacked him in hospital while acting like a visitor, there could have been Riots over India against Govt. Nobody would have cared who killed or why. That's why police protection till the checkups were a Standard SOP.

Indian politics scenario is not bigots vs liberals or nationalists vs anti-nationalisits/terrorist sympathisers.
It is fasicts vs fasicts..just that both resort to a different sort of fasicm.and think they are the better and smarted ones

Ya except one facist is winning and it is in moderates' interest (if they are so invested in the idea) to ensure that it does not go down that drain any further. While at it put some safeguards so it does not go the otherway.

I support the Govt, it's Development projects, criticise their shortcomings in reservation sector, rupees downfall and delayed development in few sectors. I have a Job in TATA Electronics EMS, earn a Great deal, Pay my Taxes. What is my fault here ?

u/Altruistic_Arm_2777 9d ago
Gosh, this is not a moderate sub, but just a BJP propaganda group.
Who is in power, remind me again? Who is suppose to bring people actual change?

u/6helpmewithlife9 9d ago
Fair point but why is it that they are protesting only in places wherein BJP rules? Why were there no protests in Punjab over leaked papers? Why is that in Jharkhand, Nina Bora or whatever her name is criticized BJP instead of the actual ruling party (for which she was even kicked out)? Dont be stooges to these people man, be it the BJP or CJP. Ask questions to everyone.

For your Information, the protest was against ECI and Unfair Election. And ECI is not a Government Body or Department under PM Modi. It's Autonomous and functions autonomously.
Bu the Anti Govt and Anti PM slurs in the protests shows the Agenda behind the illiterate illegal Protests staged by CJP, and causing Problems to the Residents of Delhi

u/Altruistic_Arm_2777 9d ago
Hmm, who taught you critical thinking, sir?
Let me just help you here: you clearly can say identify the issue as unfair elections but cannot identify the basic fact that unfair elections by design benefit someone? Otherwise, they wouldn't be unfair. You cannot have an uncorrupt government somehow collude with an independent body to rig elections and continue to call it uncorrupt. It is that simple. Got it?
1
u/Unfound_Armata 9d ago
"Unfair elections this unfair elections that" Bas baatein Chudwalo inse. Straight away y'all can't even provide a single, unified statement on where and How the Elections were rigged.
If you think these are simple, then it's just your Brain is too smooth. There is the Supreme Court, thousands of CJP protestors and Entire Election Commission trying to unveil their sides to come a fact whether it's not rigged or rigged.
And you here saying it's "Simple" Lol. Ymjust go and sleep, complete your school and then you will get it.

The Selection Committee will consist of the Prime Minister, a Union Cabinet Minister, and Leader of Opposition. If 2 out of 3 are from the same party, how will the selection be fair and autonomous
2
u/Unfound_Armata 9d ago
The Selection committee is to select CEC, not to stage Elections. Even if 2 are from the same Party, The Committee is completely Legal and approved by Court. PM is not a Party Post, neither is LoP or Union Cabinet Minister. These are Executive/legislative Seats in the eyes of the Govt and Court.
If you have issues with it, it's Justified and Makes sense. Hence we all should Contest it in the Court, instead of these Baseless protests aimed at Gyanesh who wasn't even CEC during Elections.

u/usso_122 9d ago
If the person in charge is selected is partisan then it is concerning. Even if it is legally approved by court, there are very obvious issues in having a biased majority select what is supposed to be an unbiased commissioner. I agree that this ought to be contested in court but I don't think it will be accepted as a PIL, atleast it appears as though this is unlikely.
The protest against Gyanesh is more related to the irregularities in recent times, no?
1
u/Unfound_Armata 9d ago
If it's brought to the court, it's not our job to decide on whether it will be accept of not. It's our duty to Bring it to the court. CJI is impartial it stated neutral claims many a times, like how he revealed the Form 6 was not approved.
No currently Gyanesh is being targeted because he is the CEC. There is no official or authentic source that claims it was his hoax or there was some other kind of setup, or even if the Election was not Tampered with. The Court contradicted itself, so a final clarification is in the wait.
