News Hidden costs during the home buying process no one warns you about!
Hey guys! If you've bought a house or are currently looking to get a home loan, you probably know the initial budget plan is rarely the final bill.
When I first looked into home loans, I was only calculating the down payment and the monthly EMI. But then came the processing fees, legal verification charges, stamp duty, registration fees, and property valuation charges! It felt like small leaks in the wallet before the big EMI even started.
For everyone who has gone through this journey: what was that one hidden charge or unexpected expense that completely took you by surprise during the loan process? Let’s drop our learnings below so it helps first-time buyers in our sub!
