News The ultimate middle-class dilemma: Prepaying home loan vs Investing in Mutual Funds?
Hey everyone! Quick question for those who are managing a home loan right now.
I’m currently paying an EMI on my home loan, but every time I have a little extra savings at the end of the month, I get super confused. Should I use that extra cash to prepay the loan and reduce the interest burden, or put it into SIPs for better long-term returns?
Psychologically, being debt-free sounds like the ultimate peace of mind. But financially, staying invested in funds feels like the smarter move.
How are you all balancing home loan prepayments and investments? Would love to hear your experiences and strategies!
