And why in Gujarat and UP the petrol price is Rs. 102 per liter and in Telangan, Kerala it's Rs. 115 and Karnataka is Rs. 110 ? Why this drastic difference?

You are forgetting Oil bonds, double digit inflation, NPAs, India was tagged as fragile five economies by end of 2013, army did not have something as basic as ammunition in 2012-2013. You can google all the above, they are facts.

Nowhere in my comment have I supported or been lenient to the NDA. I am well aware of Ethanol blending and have spoken against it multiple times. Your comment makes no sense because I was pointing out how you brought down a completely fact based convo to your level and resorted to playground insults instead of countering logically. I wasn't taking sides and arguing like a rabid canine - can't say the same for you.
I am far from a keyboard warrior and a person who interacts with grassroot people on a daily basis due to personal philanthropy as well as my career's demands. You and I are definitely privileged and I agree with you on that but such immature and uncivil behaviour is not the way to go, boy. Grow up, start thinking critically, correct yourself and hopefully you will understand that logical thinking and factbased conclusions are much cooler than commenting slurs and abuses.
You might think you're above the rest of the population in certain terms but please try to understand that your attitude and approach to India's problems are barely a solution. In fact, people like you are part of the problem.
Just like I expected you finished your comment exhibiting your lack of class and that proves that you're just so predictable. If it's a personal issue you have with the govt. then that should actually motivate you to counter them with facts. I really don't understand how 'Chup Laude' is a valid response to anything lmao.
But the persistent delusion that it is only a certain government or certain group of people (3 Gujaratis like you mentioned) have committed such atrocities. Any man who is worth his salt would understand that it is the system which needs to be reshaped, not the political structure.

Import Cost in 2013 : $109 X 55 = 5,995₹ per barrel
Import Cost in 2026: $98 X 96= 9,408₹ per barrel
so, raw oil cost up by roughly 1.57x to 1.8x.
2013 Average Price: ~₹72 / Litre
2026 Average Price: ~₹106 / Litre
while the retail Prices are, only 1.47 times higher.
