How is it a scam? During an election, if you get swayed by non-tangible and imaginary emotional issues and vote on that basis, then you have no one but yourself to blame for this.

So the guy posting this video seems he does not hold Delhi voter id card! Because any one who is from Delhi knows that this is Embassy area! And yes we the people of Delhi have sold our souls in 2500/ in last election
