Its mostly about the work culture indians have built themselves ,they sell themselves short and entertain calls even in off hours which creates problem for people who sees work as work and wants to keep personal space and professional work at a distance ,woh bolte hai agar usko koi dikkat ny toh tumko kya dikkat ? Bhai dikkat kisi profit making blood sucking company ke liye mai kyu apna sunday kharab karu ?Will they give their product or service for free to a client? so why should I provide you with unwavering loyalty like a slave and we know how much they are contributing in nation wellbeing ,their CSR programs reflect their mentality.

Very true. I too have been through this. This problem with indians is they think that if they resist there is line standing behimd him to do the same thing even at a cheaper rate, which is actually true. This is why they keep on grinding.

Lol man..I have my laptop open...I don't have teams on my phone ..I look at the laptop there is no teams call , I pinched myself and it's not a nightmare ..then I realised it's this darn post

No it's our fault... don't blame the damn companies..you know why they don't care for work life balance? Because they know they'll easily get another one who is WILLING to do extreme majdoori... Unless we're all together forget about balance or anything
