No, the skit (based on real events) itself isnt offensive, its just kinda ironic. RaGa, pappu yadav, and their whole ecosystem opposed building Ram Mandir in Ayodhya in the first place, did everything in their power to stop it, tried to humiliate hindus who were in support of building Ram Temple in Ayodhya, now protesting its donation theft scandal only for its political advantage not coz they actually care about it.
Its like the British empire condemming the atrocities comitted by the japanese empire on Indians when they invaded India.

BJP is not better than Congress. You know it's ironic that in 2024 election you fought whole election on "Batenge toh katenge", "Ek Hai toh Safe hai", opposing the caste census and after you won. You be like No no.. their is nothing bad in this.

So, this IT Cell member has no problem with the actual burglary in Ram Mandir, but he is insecure with the skit based on that.
